• Information collected automatically. Standard technical information your browser sends when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view.
• Communications. Records of correspondence between you and us, including messages sent through this website, by email, by telephone and by SMS text message.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and to evaluate and price a potential purchase of your property.
• To communicate with you about your property, your enquiry, appointments and the progress of a transaction.
• To send you text messages, where you have separately and expressly consented to receive them, as described in the Mobile Information section below.
• To complete a purchase transaction, including sharing what is necessary with the title company, closing agent or attorney handling the closing.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website.

Mobile Information

Mobile Information. We collect mobile phone numbers to send you replies to your enquiry, updates on the status of a property you submitted, appointment and walkthrough scheduling, and closing coordination, and - where you have separately opted in - promotional offers and new property announcements via SMS text message, with your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Consent for customer care text messages and consent for marketing text messages are collected separately, through separate, unchecked, optional checkboxes on our contact form. Opting in to one category does not opt you in to the other, and consent to receive text messages of either kind is never a condition of any purchase or of contacting us. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. Vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, email delivery and our SMS messaging provider, and only to the extent necessary to perform those services for us.
• Transaction participants. Where a purchase proceeds, the title company, closing agent, attorney, escrow holder or lender involved in that specific closing.
• Legal and safety. Where we are required to do so by law, subpoena or court order, or where necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy.

As stated in the Mobile Information section above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of these categories and are not shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, to complete and record a transaction, and to comply with our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. Records relating to a completed real property transaction are typically retained for longer than general enquiry records because of those obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Email. Ask us to stop sending you non-transactional email at any time by contacting us.
• Access, correction and deletion.
